Developed in 1970, Gerald Genta set the tone with the design of the Royal Oak. For the 20th anniversary, Emmanuel Gueit designed the Offshore, turning the Royal Oak into “The Beast,” creating more presence and using modern materials with real-world durability. Here, the hybrid build is the point: the ceramic case and bezel are scratch-resistant, paired with titanium hardware and caseback to keep the weight down and the comfort up. It’s modern, durable, and made to be worn, not coddled.
The dial reads clean at a glance. The chronograph is there when timing matters and invisible when it doesn’t. We chose this watch because it feels like momentum on the wrist; confident, comfortable, and unmistakably Audemars Piguet.
