Shipping Process
- Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please add notifications@tourneau.narvar.com to your email address book and safe list to ensure you receive all order status information from our team.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your UPS tracking information.
- For added convenience, you can always check the status of your order using our online tracking form.
- For security purposes, we require a signature on all deliveries.
- Orders are shipped/delivered Monday - Friday (observed holidays and weekends are excluded).
Shipping Times and Rates
Complimentary 1-Day shipping is applicable for all online orders.
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for the preparation and shipment of your order. The shipping (in-transit) time for your order will begin once a tracking number has been generated.

Same-day Shipping: For select items only, same-day shipping is offered on orders placed Monday - Friday by 2:00 pm, ET. Items eligible for same-day shipping are noted accordingly on the product page. In-transit shipping times may be impacted by shipping carrier delays.
International Shipping
Bucherer does not ship internationally.
Post Office Boxes
Bucherer does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Holidays
We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. All orders will be processed on the following business day.
