Our Process

Online

1. Submit Your Watch Information

The more information you provide about your watch, the quicker we can make an assessment and give you an accurate offer. Please provide the following:

  • Model or reference number
    - Typically located on the back of the case or on the original warranty card
  • Pictures of your watch
    - The dial, bracelet, strap/bracelet, buckle, caseback
  • Contact information
    - Email and home address so we can send you our pre-packaged shipping materials
    - We only keep your information in our database if you sell to us, but you can opt-out of receiving communication at any time.

2. Get an Estimate

Within 1-2 business days of receiving your submission, one of our expert buyers will contact you via phone or email with a proposed offer range. The greater the condition, the higher the value you can expect to get.

3. Send in Your Watch

If you accept our offer range, we will overnight you our pre-packaged shipping materials. Carefully package your watch according to the enclosed instructions. If you have the original box and papers, please include them as well. Drop it off at your nearest UPS Customer Center- not the UPS Store. To find your closest UPS Customer Center, please click here.
